Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after order confirmation (or after payment is received in the case of prepayment). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping Days
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Partial Deliveries
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, delivery time will be based on the item with the longest estimated shipping time.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
Send an email to contact@by-hayley.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
Depending on availability, we’ll ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
Returns

We’ll send you a return form to include in your package.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days to our return address in China.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll process your return within 10 business days of receiving it and confirm by email.
Important Notes

Sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for another product or a store credit.

Returns are accepted only for unworn items with original tags attached.

If you receive a damaged item, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — no return necessary. Just send us a photo of the damage via email.

Please do not return items to the sender’s address. The correct return address will be provided by email.
