Once your seasonal drop is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment's journey directly within your personal profile on our website.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and security seals intact. Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Our silhouettes are engineered with intentional, architectural volume to achieve a specific runway drape. We recommend ordering your standard size to experience the design as intended. If you prefer a more conventional, closer fit, we suggest sizing down.

Complimentary basic alterations (such as hem adjustments or sleeve shortening) are available exclusively for clients visiting our physical flagship spaces and downtown atelier. For online orders, garments arrive in their definitive runway specifications.
