Once your seasonal drop is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment's journey directly within your personal profile on our website.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and security seals intact. Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If an item isn’t quite right, you can submit your return, refund, or exchange request through our online Returns Portal.
